About September's Camera's Author

Jeff Scarborough retired from NBC New York after 27 years as a television news cameraman, covering many significant events of our time. He arrived at Ground Zero two minutes after the second plane struck and was there for the horror of it all – the jumpers, the chaos and both collapses.
